Presently before us is Defendants' Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings, pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(c).

The Complaint alleges that defendants violated plaintiff's civil rights by seizing alleged fireworks and by destroying some of the fireworks without testing them to determine whether, in fact, they were fireworks. Plaintiff alleges violations of 42 U.S.C. §§ 1983, 1985 and the Fourteenth Amendment...
