This appeal arises out of the trial court's order, entered pursuant to the mother's petition under the Uniform Reciprocal Enforcement of Support Act (URESA), increasing the amount of the father's child support obligation over that awarded by a divorce decree rendered in the state of Pennsylvania. Because we agree that the trial court lacked jurisdiction to increase the support award in the procedural posture of this case, we reverse that...
