Michael Douglas Peterson was convicted by a jury of felony murder in violation of K.S.A. 21-3401, and aggravated robbery in violation of K.S.A. 21-3427. He appeals.

At approximately 12:30 p.m. on July 14, 1983, the body of Mae Adele Hilleary was found in a Christian Science Reading Room located in Merriam, Johnson County, Kansas. Mrs. Hilleary's body was discovered by a friend and fellow church...
