Appellant Richard A. Schumann, Sr., petitioned the trial court for reinstatement of his driver's license after it was revoked indefinitely under Minn.Stat. § 169.121, subd. 4(d), and § 171.04(8) (1984), based on his past driving record. Schumann moved to exclude evidence of three prior DWI convictions that were more than ten years old. The trial court denied his motions and dismissed the petition for reinstatement. Schumann...
