Defendant Piekarski was convicted of five violations of the Hobbs Act (18 U.S.C. § 1951) and one violation of the Travel Act (18 U.S.C. § 1952). Defendant Esposito was convicted of seven violations of the Hobbs Act and four violations of the Travel Act. Each was sentenced to twenty years imprisonment on each of the Hobbs Act counts, with the sentences to run concurrently, and to five years on the Travel Act counts, to run...
