On March 11, 1982, defendant was indicted on charges of sodomy in the first degree (two counts), sodomy in the second degree (two counts) and sexual abuse in the first degree (two counts). He was arraigned on March 12, 1983 and bail was set one week later in the amount of $25,000, cash surety.
