OPINION

LESLIE, Judge.

Eugene and Ronald Fitzgerald appeal from a judgment which determined that they did not effectively exercise an option to purchase certain real property owned by their father at his death. We affirm.

FACTS

Edward Fitzgerald died testate on September 6, 1983. He was survived by five daughters, two of whom are the respondents herein, and two sons, who are the appellants herein. Edward's will devised certain real property...
