Appellant Samuel Bruce Baggett, Jr., was tried before a Jefferson County jury on August 8 and 9, 1984, and found guilty of interference with custody in violation of Ark.Stat.Ann. § 41-2411 (Repl.1977), and sentenced to the Arkansas Department of Correction to a term of 3½ years and fined $5,000. We affirm.
