JOE SPURLOCK, II, Justice.

This appeal is from a contest in the probate court in which the court denied the probate of a purported will. The appellant, Joan Muhlbauer, is the surviving spouse of the deceased, John Muhlbauer. The appellee, Maureene Muhlbauer, is the daughter of the deceased and step daughter of appellant.

In December of 1970, John Muhlbauer executed his first will leaving his estate...
