Melvin Stout was charged by indictment with one count of obscenity in violation of LSA-R.S. 14:106 and one count of crime against nature in violation of LSA-R.S. 14:89. Stout pled not guilty, and filed a motion to suppress physical evidence and a motion to quash the indictment. These motions were denied.
