DURHAM, Justice:

This is a criminal case arising out of false insurance applications made by the defendant. The defendant entered a guilty plea to one count of making a false insurance claim. U.C.A., 1953, § 76-6-521 (1978). After entry of the plea, a restitution hearing was held and an order of restitution entered in connection with sentencing.
