This is an appeal from a turnover order to collect a judgment. TEX.REV.CIV. STAT.ANN. art. 3827a (Vernon Supp.1985). The judgment creditor is Commercial

Equipment Leasing Company (Comelco), and the judgment debtors, adjudged jointly and severally liable, are Fred Forster, Jr., Fred Forster, III, and Forster Drilling Company, Inc., wholly owned by the father and son.
