PER CURIAM:

Defendant appeals from a supplemental decree and judgment pertaining to distribution of property incident to a divorce decree filed on January 31, 1983. We dismiss the appeal as untimely.

On March 1, 1983, defendant mailed his motion to vacate judgment to court and opposing counsel. We accord that motion a liberal construction under Rule 1(a) of the Utah Rules of Civil Procedure, and interpret it to have been brought under Rule 52(b) or Rule 59...
