This case is before the Court on appeal from a summary judgment granted in favor of the Trustee by the bankruptcy court.

This is an adversary matter arising out of a bankruptcy proceeding filed under Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code. Freedom Solar Center, Inc.
