This is an appeal from the judgment of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, Shoob, J. presiding, holding that Eur-Control USA, Inc. (Eur-Control) infringed United States Patent No. 3,524,592 (the '592 patent), and that Eur-Control Kalle, A.B. (Kalle) induced infringement. The validity of the patent was not questioned. The court further held that damages should be calculated based on Yarway's lost profits...
