This is an appeal from an order by the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Columbia granting summary judgment in favor of Murray Drabkin, Trustee of Auto-Train Corporation, and ordering Midland-Ross Corporation to pay the Trustee $421,354.19, the amount of the alleged preferential transfers it received from Railway Services Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of Auto Train, plus interest.
