This is an appeal by the treasurer and county collector of Du Page County (the collector) from an order of the circuit court permitting Du Page Bank & Trust Company (Du Page Bank) to intervene and awarding the bank a refund of interest paid on certain delinquent real estate taxes. We reverse.
