Appellant, Paul Jerry DeClouette, appeals from a judgment of conviction of the felony offense of aggravated rape of a child, enhanced by one prior felony conviction. The appellant entered a plea of not guilty. The jury found the appellant guilty and also found the enhancement allegation of the indictment true.
