PECK, Justice.

This is an appeal by Boss Excavating and Trucking Company (appellant) from that portion of an order of the Vermont Employment Security Board (Board) which charged the former's experience-rating record for unemployment compensation benefits which were erroneously paid to its former employee, Conan Trombly (claimant). We affirm.
