This is another in the continuing series of cases involving the Fayetteville ordinance regulating signs and billboards. Appellant, Fisher Buick, Inc., leases three signs from the GM-DI Leasing Corporation. The signs exceed the size restrictions or fail to meet the setback restrictions prescribed by Section 17B-9(c) of Ordinance No. 1893, the City's comprehensive sign ordinance.
