In this consolidated action, plaintiffs, all former employees of DeBolt Transfer, Inc. and members of Local 249, General Teamsters, Chauffeurs and Helpers (Local 249), have filed this action against the defendants alleging breach of their fiduciary duty of fair representation and violation of their due process rights guaranteed them under the Labor Management Reporting and Disclosure Act (LMRDA).
