COOPER, Chief Justice.

This is an action to recover a real estate commission. The chancellor found for the plaintiff and awarded a judgment of $15,000.00, the commission called for in the contract between the parties. The Court of Appeals reversed the judgment of the trial court, giving as its reason that the plaintiff, without the knowledge and consent of the parties, was the agent of both the seller and purchaser.
