The Court has before it an application to enforce administrative subpoenas of the Commodity Futures Trading Commission, and a motion to quash or limit the subpoenas. Respondents have also moved, in the alternative, for discovery and a hearing, and for a change of venue. For the reasons stated herein, the Court denies most of the respondents' motions.
