Williamson and Sons, Janitorial Services, Inc., (hereinafter "WSJS") appeals from the district court's1 judgment for appellee Betty Mays on her claims of sexual harassment and retaliatory discharge in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e, et seq.
