Jack Looney, Jr. and his wife, Elizabeth Looney, bring this appeal from the trial court's denial of their motion to reinstate their cause of action, which the court had dismissed for want of prosecution. The Looneys' reinstatement motion was denied because the court, albeit finding all facts mandating reinstatement, ruled that it had lost jurisdiction of the matter.
