Plaintiffs, Jerome and Roberta Swerdlow, brought this claim for damages for breach of the real estate contract for the sale of their home. Defendants, Paul and Gila Mallin, counterclaimed, and the parties filed cross-motions for summary judgment. The circuit court of Lake County determined that there was no genuine issue as to any material facts and entered judgment in favor of the plaintiffs...
