Clarence Edward Hill appeals his conviction for first-degree murder and the imposition of the death penalty for the killing of a police officer during a bank robbery. Hill was also convicted of attempted first-degree murder, three counts of armed robbery, and the possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony.
