This case comes before the Court upon a petition for appeal in which the petitioner seeks reversal of a final sentencing and transfer order issued by Judge Luff in the Circuit Court of Taylor County. The petitioner contends that the judge's order exceeds the authority granted a sentencing court under the relevant statutory law.
