STOKER, Judge.

Defendant Timothy C. LeClear, Jr. pleaded guilty to charges of theft of less than $100 in violation of LSA-R.S. 14:67 and attempted burglary of an inhabited dwelling in violation of LSA-R.S. 14:62.2 and LSA-R.S. 14:27. A charge of simple burglary was dismissed when the plea was accepted. He was sentenced to six months in the parish jail with credit for time served on the theft charge, and to two years at hard labor with the Louisiana Department of Corrections...
