Defendant, David Robert Vanderpool, was charged by bill of information with armed robbery, a violation of LSA-R.S. 14:64. Defendant pled not guilty and was found guilty of the charged offense by a jury. The trial court sentenced him to serve ten years at hard labor, without benefit of probation, parole, or suspension of sentence. He has appealed, urging twenty assignments of error, but briefing only one assignment...
