TORRUELLA, Circuit Judge.

Appellant Jaime L. Gomez was convicted of possessing cocaine with intent to distribute in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1). He was sentenced to a term of imprisonment of seven years and a ten-year special parole term. The main issue here is whether the district court erred in denying appellant's motion to suppress. We affirm.
