Appellant was convicted by a jury of Robbery, Kidnapping and Conspiracy to Commit Robbery. The court imposed a ninety (90) year sentence.

The facts are: Laura Poole was an employee of the Super X Drugstore on the west side of Indianapolis. Her duties included operating the cash register and serving as the bookkeeper.
