A jury trial resulted in a judgment for the appellee upon his claim for breach of express and implied contractual warranties and for violations of the Deceptive Trade Practices Act in the construction and sale of a home. Judgment was rendered against defendants, De-Cra Corporation, Maurice L. Barclay, Robert Allen, Wayne Denney, and Shirley Palmer Bullard for actual damages of $7,121.20, tripled to the amount of $21,363.60, plus attorney...
