Defendant Elliot Minor was charged by amended bill of information with seven counts of simple burglary of an inhabited dwelling. See La.R.S. 14:62.2. On May 9, 1984, a unanimous twelve person jury found Elliot Minor guilty as charged on counts one and two and not guilty on counts three through seven.
