Dismissal for Failure to State Action. The facts giving rise to this case show that Fred Greiner was the principal officer of a corporation named C.M.G., Inc. ("C.M.G."). Apparently Greiner used assets of the corporation for personal purposes or otherwise mismanaged corporate assets.
