OPINION

FENDER, Chief Justice.

Appellant was convicted of murder by a jury and sentenced by the jury to 50 years in the Texas Department of Corrections. Appellant raises four grounds of error.

We affirm.

The facts in this case are not in dispute. Appellant drove his car to the residence of Bobby Zettler. He got out and approached the residence at which time he shot the victim. Appellant was then wrestled down by Bobby Zettler and by other...
