Appellant Forgotson appeals the granting of a motion to dismiss his complaint on the ground of forum non conveniens and the denial of his motion for reconsideration.1 He contends that, because he became a resident of the District of Columbia prior to the trial court's decision on appellees' motion to dismiss, and so advised the court in his motion for reconsideration, the trial court abused its discretion...
