The Board on Professional Responsibility has publicly reprimanded Mary Jo Lewis Ryan pursuant to Rules 1(c)(5) and 8(a)(5) of the Board on Professional Responsibility. In addition, pursuant to Rules 1(c)(6) and 8(a)(4) the Board has recommended probation for a period of two years under certain conditions, subject to the approval of the Court.
