SACKETT, Judge.

Sandra Frank appeals from the trial court's denial of her application for post-conviction relief. She claims that: (1) she is entitled to a new trial because of the prosecutor's failure to disclose a communication between himself and a juror, (2) she received ineffective assistance of counsel at her trial in that her attorney failed to file notice of an alibi defense and failed to conduct voir dire examination...
