Douglas and Pamela Clark brought suit in the magistrate division against George Enneking, seeking recovery for damages allegedly sustained when Enneking disrupted the Clarks' sewer service. A jury found for Enneking. Judgment was entered accordingly and the Clarks appealed to the district court. The district court affirmed.
