PER CURIAM.

Winston Monroe Holloway appeals from the district court's dismissal of his petition for a writ of habeas corpus under 28 U.S.C. § 2254. Holloway argues that the district court erred in dismissing his petition, which alleged a due process violation when Holloway's sentence was enhanced at his second trial after a successful appeal. We affirm.
