ACTION

This is an appeal by Emma Rene Malloy (Malloy), plaintiff-appellant herein, from a Judgment entered on a jury verdict in a personal injury action and from an Order denying motions for a new trial and judgment n.o.v. A motion for judgment n.o.v. is based on and relates back to a directed verdict motion made at the close of all the evidence. Swiden Appliance v. Nat'l Bank of South Dakota, 357 N.W.2d 271
