This is an appeal from the dismissal of a medical malpractice action as barred by the statute of limitations. We affirm.

FACTS

Appellant Timothy Giles injured his back in a stock-car racing accident on April 24, 1982. He was taken by ambulance to the emergency room at Sanford Memorial Hospital, where Dr. Milan Schmidt recommended continued hospitalization. Schmidt did not perform a physical examination or personally...
