OPINION

HILL, Justice.

Mytel International, Inc. sued Turbo Refrigerating Company for breach of an agreement to purchase office supplies. Turbo brought a counterclaim asserting fraud and violations of the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act. Mytel appeals from a judgment which awarded it nothing on its claim and which awarded $8,368.38 plus attorney's fees to Turbo on its counterclaim.
