The defendants, Michael E. Jones and Ralph M. Pfeister, were charged by indictment, along with twenty-one other individuals with various counts of drug offenses. The cases involving all of the defendants except Jones and Pfeister have been disposed of by the entering of guilty pleas by the defendants or dismissal by the Government. Defendants Jones and Pfeister were tried before the Court after the entry of jury waivers...
