PER CURIAM.

David Richard Wells appeals from his conviction by a jury for conspiracy to distribute cocaine, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846, and for distribution of cocaine, in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1) and (b)(1)(A).1 The appellant contends that the trial court erred in refusing to instruct the jury on the defense of coercion. We affirm.
