TYSON, Judge.

William Howard Olds was indicted for theft of property in the second degree in violation of § 13A-8-4, Code of Alabama, and for receiving stolen property in the second degree in violation of § 13A-8-18, Code of Alabama 1975. The jury found him guilty of both charges and he was sentenced to twenty-five years' imprisonment on each charge as an habitual felony
