Robert Matlock, Jr. was found guilty by a jury of conspiracy to distribute cocaine and heroin, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846, and for aiding and abetting in the distribution of cocaine and heroin, a violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1) and 18 U.S.C. § 2.
