OPINION

LEVY, Justice.

This is an appeal from a summary judgment granted to Respondent in a paternity action.

Jo Ellen Ford, Petitioner, mother of the minor child, Jeremy Geroyal Ford, brought suit against Royal Joseph Daurbigny, Respondent, to establish his paternity and obtain support for the child. The trial court granted a take-nothing summary judgment for the Respondent. We reverse and remand.
