This appeal arises from a dispute between an agricultural landowner (Hulet) and a lessee (Wing) over various costs and losses connected with farm operations on the leased property. The lessee claimed damages for the owner's alleged interference with pasturage rights and failure to furnish water for a sugar beet crop at a critical time during the cultivation season.
